Experience, Education, and Qualifications:
• Ordination: Ordained minister adhering to Baptist teachings and affirming the 1963 Baptist Faith and Message.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Theology or related field (required); Seminary training (preferred).
• Language: English as a first language (required); Bilingual (preferred).
• Experience: 7–10 years of lead pastoral experience preferred.

• Commitment: Full-time position.
• Preaching: Lead both English and Spanish services.
• Flexibility: Flexible office and ministry hours.
• Preaching Style: Strong emphasis on exegetical and biblical preaching with unwavering commitment to the Word of God.
• Teaching: Demonstrated teaching ability.
• Residency: Must reside within a 15-mile radius of Kingsville, Texas.

• Biblical Standards: Exhibit qualities outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1–7, Titus 1:5–9, and 1 Peter 5:1–4.
• Family Life: Prioritize family as the first ministry, investing time to promote a healthy and thriving family life as referenced in 1 Timothy 3:4–5.
• Financial Stewardship: Demonstrate good financial management in personal, family, and church finances, modeling and teaching generosity (e.g., tithing).
• Church Governance: Collaborate with the church council and provide leadership within a plurality of leadership.
• Teamwork: Work alongside ministers, deacons, and church leaders to implement training programs, mobilize members, and execute ministerial tasks.
• Mission Focus: Lead the church in evangelism, outreach, and missions.
• Biblical Example: Lead by example with a God-first lifestyle, humility, and a teachable spirit.
• Pastoral Care: Provide pastoral guidance and biblical counseling.
• Community Engagement: Mobilize the church to actively serve and engage with the local community.
